We studied and researched the genetics of several breeds along with talking to several breeders prior to getting into this venue, as we are like so many other AKC breeders saying "Let's not blend our lines for designer breeders!".  After acouple years of study, we found a Standard Blue Merle Poodle that we felt could be the backbone of our  "doodle" program" and will begin our breeding program with F1s only of our Irish Wolfhounds . We have moved into  Borzois (these will be awhile out yet)! Oh there are those out there that are Doodle/Hybrid no sayers or “haters” but you know if you look far back in history, you will find that all our AKC breeds came from mixing several breeds together to come up with them . . think about this statement for a minute! We have since added a second standard poodle, Howie, who is cream and apricot and will be a great addition to our pack!

All of our dogs are health tested (we may not get it posted or even submitted but we always test them prior to breeding and only breed on the advice of our reproduction vets that we rely on for advice. These are our family first. We try to do right also by our offspring by offering liver shunts to be done by our vet prior to leaving or reimbursement should our client want to wait to have it completed at 16 weeks (per our vet's recommendation if it is to be done unless we are seeing something that we feel should be addressed right away but that has not been the case with mixing the two breeds). We are always here for support . . we felt we needed to note this on our website due to the internet trolls although none of them have actually seen our contract or have come out here.

Health Guarantee   on our offspring is 1 year as we feel that is really only fair . . we are really here for their lifetime but we can't control their environment, food, training so when a breeder says they give you a lifetime guarantee I would really question it. We stand behind what we sell as far as a genetic health issue and all of this is gone over in depth in our contract. The health of our adult dogs and their offspring is very important to us, we are proactive , having preliminary hip/elbow xrays performed on the young adults at 1 year of age so that we know what is going on at an early age (they can't be certified until they are 2 years of age), we also used AKC DNA + Helth Program AND Embarkto obtain all types of information about them - we feel it is good to compare the results of both companies.

The Process of purchasing one of our puppies

We begin with reviewing the inquiry form that we have had you submit to us.  If we feel that your lifestyle matches what we believe would be a good long term relationship for one of our doodles, we will notify you and get you added to our waiting list along with visiting with you on the phone.

The process then begins and the waiting is the hardest part!  One of our females is finally bred then we ALL wait another 35 days before we can confirm that the breeding took and then another 25 days or so for the babies to be born.  An x-ray is done at 54 days for a puppy count to determine if this will be a c-section delivery or natural delivery.  Finally at  9 to 10 weeks they are ready to join their new family.  We will stay in touch with you, once the babies are on the ground, on a weekly basis.  We try to do it each Sunday (please understand that there are weeks I may be off a day or so) letting you know what they should be doing according to their age and what they are actually doing (we will include a few unedited pictures, usually face pictures)! We do post videos and information on our Instragram page and facepage for our friends/clients to view.

We begin to allow those on the waiting list, based on the date we received the first inquiry, to pick their puppy around the 3 week time period along with our guidance (since we are with them all the time and the clients are merely picking from pictures). We also like to have the office manager of our vet clinic come out to test them so that we can get an outside feel for their personality. In order to protect our puppies and adults from anything that you, the client, have come in contact with (unknowingly) we prefer not to have actually in with our dogs - we can bring the adults outside on a lead for your viewing and the babies if young up to the doorway to view or outside in their play yard for viewing - we feel a backyard breeder will let you walk right in and who knows what germs comes in with you. Our inspectors along with our vet, always wear protective footwear and gloves if they are going to handle any of the dogs/puppies, as they understand the necessity of caution.  We send out contracts and invoices for the deposit ($500)  with the balance being due by 7 weeks of age.  This gives us time to complete all necessary paperwork prior to your puppy leaving at  10 weeks. Unfortunately, we do NOT accept cash or checks any longer.  You may pay through Zelle or Venmo.  After the final payment is received,  we register  their micro chip on your behalf. They will come to you with 2 of the 4 puppy shots that are required, a harness/lead, food and treats and a puppy folder full of useful information. Puppies are weighed daily for the first 2 weeks old, then they are weighed weekly, all of this information is noted for your records along with the time of your puppies' birth, if it was natural. They are seen by our vet, at least 3 times, here at our kennel, as we don't want them exposed to anything at the clinic and they are checked for parasites.  Thankfully, we have never had a parasite issue due to the procedures and protocols we have in place. We also have their dewclaws removed by our vet, usually at day 2, taking them through the back door of the clinic so they are not exposed to anyone in the clinic lobby. We do have liver shunt testing done by our vet clinic, at 9 weeks of age, just to satisfy those that may be concerned (our vet doesn't feel this is an issue in the mix of these breeds) so we will let head your way at 10 weeks unless you decide to bypass this test and they can leave at 9 weeks.

We handle and work with the babies on a regular basis so that they are calm and loving. We play different types of music, once their ears begin to open. We use bio sensor methods to de-sensitize them from day 1 to day 16 along with using different scents . They will be bathed, nails trimmed, ears cleaned, trained to use a doggie door, exposed to different textures of floors and fed only the best of foods. They really want for nothing! As far as socialization, we bring in certain people to expose them carefully to outside people but are very careful. . while also giving the pups what they also need to be a well rounded happy puppy when you take them home - we can provide you with references of past owners should you want them, along with our vet and bank.

We hope this help explains why we feel we ask the price we ask.  We are not a backyard breeder by any means or a Puppy Mill as we have seen posted on Facebook by the trolls (we welcome you to call and also to visit us).  You can shop around and find less expensive puppies, but you will get what you pay for, our foundation dogs are sound, healthy house dogs (children in their minds)!

Breeding and Pricing Info

PRICING 2026

$3200

(sales tax included for all colors )

(THIS WILL BE THE PRICING FOR  OUR F1 IRISH WOLFADOODLES with sales tax included- Missouri requires we charge sales tax so we include it in our price. If you would like our Sales Tax ID Number, just ask us)

We have given alot of thought to our pricing and the other “doodle” and “hybrid” breeders out there - we don't feel it is fair to the puppies to base pricing on their fur color, it should always be their personality that comes first and foremost when selecting your new family member!

We ask for a deposit at 3 weeks of age(we like to wait until we have babies on the ground and our vet has come out to examine them and has given us the thumbs up and microchipped them), with the balance due at 7 weeks.. we do register the microchip once we receive that final payment.  They will be  housebroken, well loved and socialized, vet checked along with a health certificate. We feel training should be done with the owner and the trainer of their choice, rather than ours, so we leave that up to you. We also do liver shunt testing (we have never posted this in the past as we didn't feel it needed to be, but due to the “Karens” in the world now, felt it needed to be) at 9 weeks.

We ask that you take the time to complete the puppy inquiry form if you are serious about moving forward with us for one of our outstanding babies (they have to be, as the parents are, right?)  Please take your time and be honest, as this will become part of your contract and read about our process noted below the questionnaire. For some reason, the inquiry form will not submit to us if you are doing it on a cell phone, you must use a computer (call or text me if you are having trouble with it please)!~

We have also given you some information about the  breed that we  have available - Irish Wolfadoodles . It is are just a wonderful breed, a large but gentle giant! In the future, we plan to Kanoodledoodles to our mix of hybrids . . we are very excited about this blend of breeds . .  for companions/family/therapy dogs. We wanted to give them a fun name, something to make you smile, rather than go how do you pronounce that?!
